Local citizens know what is needed and what can be done to create a brighter future for the children who live in their communities. Smart Start communities bring people and resources together to create lasting, positive change for young children neighborhood-by-neighborhood.
There are currently 18 Smart Start communities addressing the most critical issues facing Oklahoma's youth. These communites work to address the needs of families with young children, building a smart start for Oklahoma's future.
